The 28-year-old, who has 31 knockouts from as many fights against no losses, scored a victory outside the ring after a heated confrontation with a Twitter troll.

Charlie Zelenoff, a wannabe fighter, has been trolling Wilder for years on the social media site, hurling derogatory slurs towards him and making disparaging comments about his daughter, who has been diagnosed with spina bifida, a fault in the spinal cord which leaves a gap in the spine.

When Zelenoff invited the undefeated American to a boxing gym in L.A for a fight, he duly turned up and offered the troll a fight inside the confines of the squared circle.

TMZ have exclusive footage of Wilder setting foot in the ring, only for his ‘opponent’ to throw a cheap shot and run for the door before the heavyweight could reach him.

Upon his return through the door, carnage commenced as Wilder chased him around the gym, knocking him down twice and leaving Zelenoff cowering on the floor for cover. Despite his own team trying to restrain him, Wilder let loose with shots as his foe lay dazed on the ground.

The boxer shouted: “Don’t you ever call me a n**ger again. Don’t you ever say you’re going to tape my daughter,” before the troll left.

Wilder is currently mandatory challenger to the WBC heavyweight championship, which will be contested between Bermane Stiverne and Chris Arreola this weekend.

Out of his 31 knockout victories, 18 have come in the first round, including a knockout of Malik Scott last time around, though many have questioned the legitimacy of his weak opponents.

The Alabama-born fighter is no stranger to Twitter exchanges, where he can often be seen talking himself up to potential opponents and trash talking with another social media king, Tyson Fury.

This is far from a first case scenario where Twitter trolls have been chased. British light welterweight champion Curtis Woodhouse last year tracked down a person who has constantly been abusing him. With the aid of his followers, Woodhouse went to James O’Brien’s street before he publicly climbed down and apologised.

Woodhouse accepted the troll’s apology and the two appeared on the morning TV show Daybreak together days later.

Zelenoff has offered Wilder to another fight and says he “will 100% beat him” next time, although going off the footage of their last bout, it could be another severely short night for the troll.
