Kids, they never let it go.
Kristen Bell, who voiced the lovely Princess Anna of Arendelle in Frozen, says her her four-year-old daughter will be dressing as a character from the Disney mega-hit musical for Halloween.
But daughter Lincoln is going to be dressed as Queen Elsa (voiced by Idina Menzel).
“Despite how hard I tried, we’re not an Anna family,” Bell sighs to Usa Today, speaking about her upcoming movie, A Bad Mom’s Christmas. “Sad but true.”
Bell hasn’t tried to change her daughter’s mind by pointing out that, you know, Mom voices the Anna part.
“She don’t care,” says Bell. “Anytime the word Halloween comes up she wants to put on her Elsa dress and her gloves. The gloves are a very big deal.”
What does worry Bell is that Frozen came out in 2013. The costume is not exactly cutting edge (but it’s well ahead of Frozen 2′s Nov. 2019 release date).
Says Bell: “I even told her, ‘You are four years old. You are supposed to have your finger on the pulse, you’re two years too late to be doing this.”
