Congrats, Lady Gaga!
The singer is reportedly engaged to boyfriend Christian Carino. Though the pair have only been together for less than a year, sources say the CAA talent agent put a ring on it over the summer.
According to Us Weekly, the 48-year-old asked the “Born This Way” singer’s father for his permission. He then got down on one knee and asked the 31-year-old to be his wife and, spoiler, she said yes! Though they’re happy and in love, they are also reportedly not rushing to the alter.
Gaga was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia, a chronic disorder that causes muscle pain, and was forced to postpone the European leg of her Joanne tour.
“I was taken to the hospital, it is not simply hip pain or wear and tear from the road, I am in severe pain,” she said in an Instagram post while in Brazil.
“But am in good hands w/ the best doctors.”
Because of these reasons, the “Pokerface” hitmaker is focused on getting healthy before she jumps into wedding planning. The pair has been linked together since February. In fact, they were spotted kissing right before her big Super Bowl halftime show.
“They are actually pretty serious,” a source revealed in the beginning of 2017. “They’re both really happy. It works.”
Before Christian, the former American Horror Story star was engaged to actor Taylor Kinney. The “Applause” singer and the Chicago Fire star dated for five years, but decided to split in July 2016.
