On Saturday, February 22nd GOYA FOODS will showcase pork dishes at the ‘Swine and Wine’ event during the Food Network and Cooking Channel’s ‘South Beach Wine & Food Festival’ (SOBEWFF). This annual event held at the legendary, Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, Florida is presented by the National Pork Board and showcases the latest pork dishes created by all-star chefs like Goya Foods’ Executive Chef, Fernando Desa and Executive Chef and Owner of Rodriguez de Cuba, Douglas Rodriguez. This culinary affair will expose the secret methods and blends that make for a mouthwatering swine feast by using Goya products. Dishes from several acclaimed Latin chefs will battle it out for the ‘Goya People’s Choice Award’ where only one dish will be crowned the winner. Chef Desa and Chef Rodriguez will feature Cuban Sandwich Sticks, Steamed Buns with Achiote Chipotle Pulled Pork with Hoisin Malta Glaze and Green Mango Relish as well as the classic Pan con Lechon .
