Any Way She Wants It: Journey Man Neal Schon Sued by Playboy Playmate Ex

Lovin’, touchin’…suin’?

Journey guitarist Neal Schon, who made  headlines in September after running off with ex-Real Housewife Michaele  Salahi, is on the receiving end of a lawsuit filed by a former  girlfriend who claims she was “in a marriage-like relationship” with him and is  owed a big payday.

Talk about being worlds apart.

According to the suit filed in Marin Superior Court, Ava  Fabian, who was Playboy’s Playmate of the month in August  1986, alleges she and the axeman were together from February 2010 to September  2011, and were not only engaged in mid-2010, but exchanged vows in Paris on July  6, 2011.

(A source previously told E! News their sojourn in the City of Light  was a “commitment ceremony” and not recognized as official under U.S. law.)

Court papers obtained by E! News state the duo split two months later just as  news broke that Schon had taken up with the erstwhile White House party crasher  who abruptly left her husband, Tareq Salahi, who had told the  world she’d been kidnapped and sought help looking for her.

In her complaint, the 49-year-old model-actress alleges she and the  57-year-old rocker accumulated joint property and income and the pair reached an  oral agreement by which Schon would support her during the relationship and  continue to provide additional support for “a period of time” in the event it  ended.

For her part, Fabian asserts she “devoted her sole time and energy” to  supervising Schon’s affairs, caring for the musician’s mother and children from  previous unions, making their residence “presentable for parties and gatherings”  and tending “to his every need to the detriment of her own career and  livelihood.”

Consequently, the ex-Bunny claims Neal violated the terms of their deal when  he began seeing the ex-Real Housewives of D.C. star and she’s seeking  unspecified damages as well as “accrued interest for their express oral  non-marital relationship agreement.”

Fabian’s also asking for a court order forcing Schon to account for the  assets and earnings accumulated during their time together.

“Part of the reason for the lawsuit is so that we can determine what was  accumulated during their relationship, but it’s our understanding there was  significant property accumulated…because of his tours,” Fabian’s lawyer, Evan  Sussman, told E!

The legal eagle also added that his client “devoted significant time and  effort to his business and personal affairs.”

An attorney for the musician was unavailable for comment.
