Ariana Grande Gets Some Collab Goin On With Iggy Azalea For New Single "Problem"

Pop singer Ariana Grande premiered her new song “Problem” on. The hip-hop beat heavy track, featuring Australian rapper Iggy Azalea, will serve as the lead single from Grande’s forthcoming second album.

Before putting “Problem” on iTunes, Grande formally premiered her new single at the 2014 Radio Disney Music Awards. The singer dressed in form-fitting black outfit (complimented with some Mickey Mouse ears) and delivered a knockout performance. Armed with some slick dance moves and her big voice, Ariana brought major attitude to the stage. Azalea did not appear but her verse was still played for the crowd.

“Problem” previews Grande’s second studio album with Republic Records. She dabs in heavier hip-hop beats on her most danceable track yet. The bass hits hard and the saxophone on the chorus turns Ariana’s declaration of independence into pure triumph. “I got one less problem without you,” she sings with power. Azalea seals the deal with her sharp-tongued verse, serving up lines like “I got 99 problems but you won’t be one” with no mercy. Grande really comes into her own as a dance floor diva on the brassy and sassy single “Problem.”

“Problem” is now available on iTunes. Grande’s second studio album is slated to be released later this year. Her first album “Yours Truly” was released in September of last year and it peaked at no. 1 on Billboard’s albums chart. Ariana’s partner in crime on “Problem,” Iggy Azalea, is on-track to hit the top five of Billboard with her own album “The New Classic.”

Along with “Problem,” Grande also recorded another song for her new album with R&B singer Chris Brown. “Don’t Be Gone Too Long,” their track together, has been previously previewed in a dance rehearsal video. The single was lined up to premiere in March but Brown’s legal troubles reportedly delayed its release.
