Following Jeremy Clarkson’s suspension from the BBC a huge army of supporters have been on a mission to convince the broadcaster to reinstate the popular Top Gear presenter.
Jeremy Clarkson was suspended on Tuesday after he allegedly punched one of the show’s producers. BBC News announced on Wednesday that the rest of the series is being canceled. Clarkson himself hasn’t released any official comments on this decision.
These last few days have been extremely dynamic on Twitter too, bringing forward the trending hashtag #BringBackClarkson. You can also sign an online petition for reinstating Clarkson as Top Gear presenter. Already there are more than 300.000 signatures!
Clarkson’s daughter has also joined the overwhelming number of supporters with her own appeal to the BBC.
Oh God, BBC please take him back… He’s started cooking…
