Brooke Mueller’s Lawyer Wants ‘All Charges Dropped’ in Latest Drug Arrest

Despite a drug-related arrest over the weekend, Brooke Mueller’s camp is confident she’ll come out of this debacle unscathed.

“[Mueller’s lawyer Yale Galanter] “will vigorously defend Brooke with the goal of having all these charges dropped once the facts of the case come to light,” Mueller’s rep Steve Honig says in a statement.
Mueller, 34, who was taken into custody for alleged assault and cocaine possession in Aspen, Colo., will apparently not lose her twin boys Max and Bob – regardless of what happens with the charges.

“Contrary to reports in the media, there will be no changes in the custody arrangement,” the statement read. “The children are remaining with Brooke. Both Charlie [Sheen] and Brooke’s mother have offered to support Brooke in any way they can.”
