Bruno Mars was just as shocked as fans by the news that Cardi B was pulling out of touring with him to take care of her newborn baby, and now his new opening act maybe announced very soon.
Back in February Mars announced that Cardi B would be joining him on the final leg of his 24K Magic Tour. However on July 26, Cardi announced over Twitter that she “underestimated this whole mommy thing,” and she’s understandably “not ready physically,” and “not ready to leave my baby behind since the doctors explained it’s not healthy for her to be on the road.”
But not all hope is lost. On Sunday (July 29) the “Finesse” crooner took to Twitter to tease that someone will be replacing Cardi on tour and that they’re getting prepped for the upcoming North American tour dates.
I got a cousin learning all of Cardi’s songs right now. It’s gonna be great! He’s super excited 😆 https://t.co/6RILW7wNQS

When a fan asked Mars on Twitter, “Who will open the 24k magic tour the finale now?” the singer replied, “I got a cousin learning all of Cardi’s songs right now. It’s gonna be great! He’s super excited.” But when asked if he’d spill the beans for real, Mars was like, “nah.”
