Uh-oh, the notorious Ukrainian prankster may be back.
Even more ominous, the guy who grabbed her has been fingered as Vitalii Sediuk, the self-proclaimed Ukrainian TV “journalist” who’s creeped out multiple celebrities by grabbing them on red carpets in recent years.
It was total chaos outside the Balmain show in Paris when Kim, mother Kris Jenner and husbandKanye West arrived, with hundreds of frenzied people — not counting the paparazzi pack — pushing and shoving and screaming when their car pulled up.
As Kim got out, she was tackled around her legs. Her bodyguards rescued her and hustled her into the show, while other bodyguards fought back against the attacker.

X17online said its videographer on the scene saw it all:
“Vitalii was badly beaten by Kim’s bodyguards — he was bleeding and lying on the ground after the attack. He looked like he needed medical attention — Kim’s guys were NOT messing around when they defended her.”
Kanye, who got out of the other side of the car, could only watch over the hood, while Jenner, behind her daughter, shouted at the assailant, according to the video.
It was another reminder of the razor’s edge that the Kardashian-Wests live on, with their worldwide fame and fortune producing vulnerability to over-enthusiastic or outright crazy fans.
It was especially sobering reminder since only Wednesday the couple took their 15-month-old daughter, North West, with them to sit in the front row at the Balenciaga show.
Kim explained to Yahoo.com and US Weekly that they decided at the last minute to take the baby because she started to cry as they were leaving their hotel room. “And we couldn’t leave her. So, it was a spur-of-the-moment thing,” she said.
Sediuk, whose most recent red-carpet assaults include attacking Brad Pitt in Los Angeles this summer, and diving under the gown of America Ferrera at Cannes in May, was supposed to have moved to London after his latest arrest.
