Chrissy Teigen has revealed that she blocked one million users on Twitter.
John Legend’s wife is very active on Twitter. However, Teigen has now limited those who can view her tweets because her account has been “flooded with sick psychopaths,” Page Six reported.
“I have block chained over one million people, ONE MILLION people today and I am still flooded with sick psychopaths. So please, spare me the ‘just ignore them, they’re just trolls’” she wrote.
“Anyhow I’ll do my best to stop entertaining them. They have definitely been living for this and have zeroed in on ONLY me,” she added
Teigen thanked her fans and singled out American journalist Yashar Ali. According to the TV personality, he helped her big time with her current predicament.
“Thank u to EVERYONE for helping me, in and out of the dm’s,” she wrote.
“People I’ve never met have been so, so kind and huge thank you to @yashar especially. Yashar has spent the entire day helping me, non stop. And sends me funny pictures. And lets me vent and cry. And gives me his therapists. I love you man.”
Meanwhile, the model was also recently linked to Jeffrey Epstein. One netizen called out Teigen for deleting 28,000 tweets following Ghislaine Maxwell’s arrest. Maxwell is a longtime friend and associate of Epstein. Twitter user Chrissie Mayr claimed that Teigen was on Epstein’s flight logs going to his island, Little Saint James.
Teigen addressed the issue and clarified that she deleted more than 28,000 tweets because she was becoming “worried for her family.“
“I actually deleted 60,000 tweets because I cannot [explicit] STAND you, idiots, any more and I’m worried about my family. Finding me talking about toddlers and tiaras in 2013 and thinking you are some sort of [explicit] operative,” Teigen wrote.
The “Chrissy’s Court” star has been using her Twitter account to share her thoughts on various issues. In May, she announced on the micro-blogging website that she would be donating $200,000 to help bail out George Floyd protesters.
“In celebration of whatever the [explicit] maga night is, I am committed to donating $100,000 to the bail outs of protestors across the country,” she wrote on Twitter at the time.
“Ooo they might need more money then. Make it $200,000,” Teigen added.
