Following the overwhelming success for LOS ANGELES AZULES, who in recent days were awarded a diamond and quadruple platinum for the sales of over 540,000 albums from their latest album “COMO TE VOY A OLVIDAR” in Mexico.
The tour in the United States is scheduled for the month of July kicking off in the “Reventon SUPERESTRELLA 2015,” this festival will take place in July 18 at the Staples Center in the City of Los Angeles, California.
This annual event features the participation of rock and Latin pop artist. This year, LOS ANGELES AZULES will be the guests of honor, adding versatility to this musical event.
“17 AÑOS” (Feat. Jay de la Cueva) is the song that has been selected as a promotional single in the U.S.; in a few weeks, this song has managed to convince the audience and has climbed the radio charts.
Tomorrow, Tuesday June 8, LOS ANGELES AZULES will be the artist in Telemundo’s morning show “Un Nuevo Día”. The group will perform their hit “17 AÑOS” and will reveal some important details related to their future plans.
It’s important to mention that in Mexico, LOS ANGELES AZULES with their album “COMO TE VOY A OLVIDAR”, has been classified by AMPROFON (Mexican Association of Phonogram), as one of the Top selling albums in the country in recent years, staying for more than 105 weeks on the sales chart.
The group originally from Iztapalapa, Mexico City, Mexico, has toured several cities achieving a mark of more than 300 concerts sold in the last two years and conquering several times the most important stages of Latin America, such as: el Auditorio Nacional, el Palacio de los Deportes y el Zócalo de la Ciudad de México.
In addition to these impressive achievements, the album “COMO TE VOY A OLVIDAR” has earned them a Grammy and Premio Lo Nuestro nomination. It has also led them to be accompanied by Latin music performers such as Kinky, Vicentico, Ximena Sariñana and Jay de la Cueva.
