Does Wilmer Valderrama Have "Loud and Disturbing Noises" Coming From His House?!

Wilmer  Valderrama‘s neighbor says he’s the one being kept awake.

The star of That ’70s Show and, more recently, Awake has  been sued over alleged “loud and disturbing noises” that are emanating from his  Tarzana, Calif., home at all hours of the day and night, according to the  lawsuit obtained by E! News.

So what sort of noise does plaintiff Baruch Eichenbaum claim he can hear  coming from Valderrama’s house?

Partying, vehicle traffic and barking dogs are the major beefs Eichenbaum  has, per the complaint he filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on May 22.

Going back to 2007, he claims in the suit, Eichenbaum has on more than  one occasion called the police on Valderrama, sent him seven personal letters  and called the actor dozens of times, “but the frequent loud and disturbing  noise has continued.”

Eichenbaum also alleges that work being done on a guest house in Valderrama’s  backyard resulted in his own yard and garage being flooded last year.

The plaintiff is claiming mental, physical and nervous pain and suffering and  asking for both monetary damages and a permanent injunction that will prohibit  Valderrama, his staff and whoever else comes to the house from making noise  “sufficiently loud to disturb [Eichenbaum’s] comfortable enjoyment of his  property.” He also wants an injunction to prevent the actor-producer from doing  stuff in his yard that will result in water flowing into the  plaintiff’s yard.

Valderrama’s rep has not yet returned a request for comment.
