There is no denying that Eva Longoria knows about public romances. In the past several years, she’s famously hooked up with a basketball star and a celebrity sibling. Well now she wants the everyday people to endure the same scrutiny, with her new reality show Ready For Love.
Set to debut this winter on NBC, Ready follow three bachelors as they hunt for the “perfect woman.” Celebrity matchmakers will help in the selection process and E! regulars Marco Antonio Solis and Chayannewill host.
Unfortunately though, it looks like Longoria’s role be strictly behind-the-scenes.
“I don’t think [dating shows] are a good forum for celebrities,” she recently said. “I think then it just becomes a reality show, as opposed to these guys that we found really don’t want to be celebrities. They didn’t want to be on TV for the sake of being on TV. They really want to find love.”
So for now, it looks like we’ll have to stick to the chisme section to find out the happenings with Eva’s love life.
