'Fashion Police' Continues Forward Without Joan Rivers

The future of TV show Fashion Police has been hanging in the balance since its popular host, comedienne Joan Rivers, passed away aged 81 on September 4.

Rivers, who died after suffering from complications during a throat operation, was the big-name draw of the programme, which critiques the style choices of celebrities with a no holds barred approach alongside co-hosts Kelly Osbourne, Giuliana Rancic and George Kotsiopoulo.During the 90-minute ‘Fashion Police: Remembering Joan’ special which aired at the weekend, Rivers’ daughter Melissa confirmed that the show would be set to continue.

“We’re going to hit pause for a little while, but Fashion Police will be back in January,” commented Rivers, who works as a producer on the programme. However, it is not yet known who will fill the acerbic slot left by the late Joan Rivers.

In the meantime, have a chuckle through some of Rivers’ best fashion insults aimed at the likes of Angelina Jolie, Linsday Lohan and Lady Gaga.
