México City, MX (July 2021) — Fidel Nadal enlists two of the biggest talents to bring to life a vibrant new version to his classic song, “International Love”. Mexican hip-hop star, Santa Fe Klan and musical genius, Camilo Lara from Mexican Institute of Sound join Fidel Nadal on the updated version just released today.
Together these three musical giants of Latin American music deliver an intoxicating song mixed with reggae, rap and cumbia fusions combining musical genres that will make everyone dance without labels. The new version was artistically produced by Camilo Lara and the visual was filmed in México City and directed by Luis Roberto López.
“International Love” together with Santa Fe Klan and Mexican Institute of Sound is a new advanced single for his album, “El Negro Sigue En Guerra” – celebrating 36 years of music, the album from which the rasta argentino icon celebrates his career. The album is in full production and will include new versions of some of his most loved songs, two unedited songs and a cover of Los Ángeles Azules. The first advanced track released from the new album was, “Te Robaste Mi Corazón” with Los Caligaris, released in April. Pablo Lescano (Damas Gratis), Los Auténticos Decadentes and Los Ángeles Azules are some of the invited artists that will be a part of the new album.
“International Love” is one of the most celebrated songs in Fidel’s solo career. The song was first edited in 2008 as part of his self-titled album and in 2009 it became a huge hit in Latin America. The song was featured in FIFA 2010 and received various nominations to the Latin Grammys.
