Los Angeles, CA (July 3, 2020) – Singer-Songwriter, Gaby Moreno released today, “Fire Inside” an uplifting and inspirational pop ballad, most recently featured on, “Dear Class of 2020” Youtube campaign.The song is available for the first time today on all digital platforms and was premiered during a live broadcast on La Banda Elástica Radio in Los Angeles, CA during an interview.
The song comes during a time of self-isolation and social distancing, while most graduates are looking forward to graduating and celebrating with their friends and family, today they face a new reality during graduation in 2020. “Fire Inside” was carefully curated and selected to form part of “Dear Class of 2020” with the hopes of inspiring the new graduates with a supportive virtual campaign that featured, The Obama’s, Beyoncé, Alicia Keys, BTS and many other personalities from art, politics and culture who also participated.
The song was co-written by Gaby Moreno and Andrew Bissell a multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter and producer from Nashville during a writing camp that Moreno was invited to participate by Peer Music, who she is signed with.
“Fire Inside is essentially a song about hope and self reliance. It’s about never letting fear get in the way of achieving your dreams, trusting in yourself and the passion you carry within you, for that will hold you through the most trying of times”, comments Gaby Moreno about the song.
The song has also been featured on ABC’s Station 19, NBC’s American Ninja Warrior, TLC’s promo, “I am Jazz” among other TV placements.
