Hollywood star Robert De Niro is expanding his hotel empire, this time with an adults-only resort in the popular Spanish resort of Marbella.
Nobu Hotel Marbella is the latest offering in Robert and business partner chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s ever growing chain Nobu Hotels – and it looks seriously glamorous.
The hotel is set to open its doors in March 2019, but eager holidaymakers can already book their stay on the website .
For a start, the pool looks pretty spectacular with its palm tree decor, and sunloungers in the prime sun-soaking, poolside hotspot.
Those who prefer a beach holiday won’t be disappointed, as the hotel boasts direct access to one of Marbella’s picture-perfect beaches.
As for the rooms, they’ll be in the heart of the action overlooking the vibrant Plaza where there’ll be plenty of bars and restaurants from which to choose.
All of the rooms and suites boast their own private terrace, king-sized beds and ensuite marble bathrooms bathrooms with luxurious Natura Bissé toiletries and rainfall showers.
In fact, the amenities are pretty impressive; think 24-hour in-room dining, private pool access, in-room tablets to use throughout the resort and private terraces offering views of the picturesque landscape.
Unsurprisingly, fine dining is on the menu for guests, who can choose to dine at the Nobu Restaurant and lounge, or opt to tuck into their meals from the comfort of their rooms.
Want to make the most of the glorious Spanish sunshine? There’s an outdoor terrace where guests can dine too.
The menu of course features predominantly Japanese cuisine with signature dishes such as the Yellowtail with Jalapeño and Black Cod with Miso.
However if you’re not in the mood for sushi, there’s a wide array of alternatives on offer at the Plaza where you’ll find Mediterranean cuisine, freshly prepared Asian-style food and even two beachfront eateries a short walk away.
For the night owls, the hotel offers its guests private VIP access to club La Suite, which has its own private outdoor terrace for moonlight nights out.
No need to face the crowds of revellers stumbling out of Marbella’s clubs then.
There’ll be plenty of pampering on offer too, as the resort will boast a Six Senses Spa offering a wealth of treatments as well as hydrotherapy and cold plunge pools, experience showers, herbal steam room, sauna and Hamman.
Not to mention the fitness centre and yoga sessions.
Feeling tempted to book a luxury holiday? The hotel already has a host of offers on stays including 20% discount on its Zen suites.
