On behalf of Relativity Media, we are pleased to share the new “Code: Echo” initiative, inspired by their upcoming feature film EARTH TO ECHO-opening in theaters everywhere on July 2nd, 2014! With support from Code.org, a non-profit organization dedicated to making computer science more available in schools, Relativity has just launched a new challenge for students across the country to use code to create a game inspired by EARTH TO ECHO.
Coding is the basic concept of computer programming, and what is used to create software, apps and websites. With “Code: Echo”, students are challenged to create their own games using code-instead of playing what’s already out there. Kids can visit www.codeechomovie.com to participate, and test themselves in three different categories: Best Story Tie In, Best Puzzle Game and Best Action Game.
Feel free to share the “Code: Echo” initiative with your freinds. The Code: Echo Challenge has extended to May 16, 2014. Make Sure You enter soon!
Prepare for the journey of a lifetime when EARTH TO ECHO opens nationwide on July 2nd, 2014!
