Talk about versatility. Not only is Jennifer Lopez a movie star, a recording artist, and a reality judge, she’s also a pretty good Home Shopping Network saleslady. The “On The Floor” singer popped up with her madre on HSN over the weekend hawking a brand new fragrance called “Love and Light.”
Believe it or not, “Love and Light” is J. Lo’s 18th scent and seemed to be quite popular with HSN viewers. For several hours on Saturday night, Lopez and her mom Guadalupe sat on the stage describing the inspiration for the new perfume.
“With ‘Love and Light,’ I wanted to create a fragrance that was less about the world around you and more about your inner light and your spirit,” Jennifer said to the HSN audience. “It’s about how you feel inside, it’s not about your outside world.”
Throughout the evening, Lopez took several questions from callers and seemed to be enjoying herself quite a bit. There was even a 45-second “Love and Light” promo showing a glammed up J.Lo on a Hollywood soundstage.
But if you happened to miss the chance to pick up “Love and Light” on HSN, don’t worry. The fragrance is set to hit Kohl’s shelves this September.
