Miley Cyrus was recently criticized for looking overly thin, and she attributed that to being gluten-free as well. Could this be the next celebrity weight loss secret? Experts say that you should only forgo gluten if you have actual gluten allergies. Otherwise, it is not necessary to abstain.
Others have argued, however, that you can’t go wrong excluding gluten from your diet, and that after a while, you will notice an improvement in your skin, appearance, and weight, along with your mental and emotional state as well.
Kim has been crediting her hot body to be a result of her gluten free diet, saying, “Gluten free is the way to be… Oh Hi.”
Miley also defended her figure by saying it was all a result of healthier lifestyle choices, such as being gluten-free. Cyrus, only 19 and already conscious about lifestyle and better health, tweeted, “Everyone should try no gluten for a week! The change in your skin, physical and mental health is amazing. You won’t go back!”
