After years of rumors, “Game of Thrones” stars Kit Harington and Rose Leslie confirmed their off-screen romance at the Olivier Awards in London on Sunday. The pair was all smiles as they kissed on the red carpet, making the on-screen Jon Snow-Ygritte love a true reality.
Harington and Leslie, both 29, were first linked in 2012 and dated for a bit before calling it quits. Despite their breakup, though, the two remained friends until rekindling their romance earlier this year.
Their friend and “GoT” co-star Emilia Clarke sort of confirmed their relationship in January, telling Entertainment Tonight, “My goodness! You know, we like to spread the love on our show. It’s a beautiful thing.”
“She’s one of my best friends, so it’s good,” she said of Leslie, adding, “I mean, there are worse things than being caught kissing Jon Snow!”
