Mama June Wants '19 Kids And Counting' Cancelled and Set To Sue If It Isn't

Mama June is prepared to slap TLC with a lawsuit.

The one-time star of “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” says it’s unfair that TLC hasn’t pulled the plug on “19 Kids and Counting” after Josh Duggar’s involvement in a molestation investigation was made public.

In October 2014, Mama June’s show featuring her quirky family with little Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson at the center was canned after June, whose real name is June Shannon, was spotted with a convicted child molester, Mark McDaniel.

Mama June tells TMZ that if TLC doesn’t end their show, which had a mini-marathon on Thursday, she’ll sue the network for unfair treatment.

“I read that the Duggar family said, this happening with their son brought them closer to God and each other,” she said. “So they’re saying it’s OK to have family touch time? Hell no.”

On Thursday, news of Josh being accused of molesting five minors, including his sisters back in the early 2000s, set the Internet ablaze.

That afternoon, Josh apologized for his behavior as a teenager and claimed counseling has changed his life.

“I would do anything to go back to those teen years and take different actions,” he said in his apology. “I sought forgiveness from those I had wronged and asked Christ to forgive me and to come into my life.”

Anna Keller, his pregnant wife of seven years, is standing by his side.

Josh also resigned from his position at the Family Research Council because he believes his private past will “make it difficult to be effective.”

TLC had no comment regarding the potential lawsuit.
