Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green may have just been awarded pocket change, but it’s something.

A judge has ordered a paparazzo who sued the couple for alleged assault to pay Fox and Green $620 toward their legal fees. They had asked, however, for $2,475.

Meanwhile, the $25,000 lawsuit, which was filed last March, is still being fought. Delbert Shaw claimed in court documents that Green punched him and threw his iPhone into the ocean—while Fox egged him on—after Shaw snapped a photo of the Wedding Band star and his wife while they were on vacation in Hawaii.

He’s suing for alleged assault and battery, infliction of emotional distress, conversion, false imprisonment, conspiracy and negligence.

The couple petitioned in August for Fox to be dropped from the suit and argued that Shaw’s claims of conspiracy, false imprisonment and infliction of emotional distress could never be proven in court. Shaw also submitted to the other side’s request to peruse the contents of his laptop.

“They are trying to paint my client as a reckless paparazzo and none of the discovery is focused on the incident. We haven’t been trying to hide the ball on anything,” Shaw’s attorney, Sark Ohanian, told the judge in court today. Ohanian objected to the $620 in sanctions, but the judge stuck to her ruling.
