There’s nothing like doing good during the holiday season, something that Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth definitely seem to understand.
The famous couple paid a visit to Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego, Calif., yesterday afternoon, where they spent time hanging out with several deserving patients. In a series of pictures posted on social media, the singer and her actor fiancé posed for selfies and chatted with kids, Cyrus dressed in a bright floral ensemble and pink jacket while Hemsworth kept it simple in a flannel shirt and jeans.

“Today we received a surprise special visit from a couple of people you might recognize!” the hospital posted on their Facebook page with a flipbook of images. “Thank you to Miley Cyrus, Liam Hemsworth and The Happy Hippie Foundation for bringing joy and laughter to our patients!”
