MQB calls dancers to audition if they have what it takes to step on to the stage with celebrity contestants
Auditions in Orlando and Miami, FL, August 3 and 4, respectively
Univision’s phenomenally successful reality show/dance competition, “Mira Quién Baila” (MQB, Look Who’s Dancing) returns September 2017 and its producers are looking for Florida’s most elite dancers interested in being part of the show.
This season’s choreographer Rodrigo Basurto, along with expert dancers, are searching for promising candidates to bring on board for the returning season of the competition. Basurto joins MQB after successfully choreographing several popular entertainment shows such as “La Banda,” “America’s Got Talent” and “American Idol.”
MQB’s 2017 dancer audition will be in two parts:
Audition Session 1
MQB’s team will be looking for 10 main dancers (5 females and 5 male). Dancers interested should have experience in all ballroom styles.
During the audition, the dancers will have to learn choreography with a partner of cha-cha fusion with urban commercial dance. If the dancer comes to the audition with a partner, they must bring their own music with choreography, ready to perform.
Audition Session 2
During the second session, MQB will be looking for 8 extra dancers (4 females and 4 male). These dancers should master urban rhythms and different styles with a partner.
