San Antonio Spurs point guard Tony Parker, who was injured during the Chris Brown versus Drake malee, is suing the the NYC nightclub W.I.P. for $20 million.

According to TMZ, the lawsuit alleges that the club’s security was negligent for allowing the brawl between the two posses to occur. Parker, who is in the middle of a $50 million contract with the Spurs, claims that the club management was well aware of the “bad blood between Drake and Brown,” and continued to supply their tables with alcohol, despite the fact that some individuals were “visibly intoxicated.”

Parker was hit with stray shards of glass from the bottles thrown, which lacerated his cornea. The injury can potentially affect his NBA career as well as his participation in the upcoming summer Olympics with the French national team.

As for whether Drake or Chris Brown will be added to the lawsuit as defendants, Parker’s lawyer says that decision will be determined based on the results from the police investigation as well as surveillance footage.
