Former "Jersey Shore" Star Snooki Debuts First Single As Yung Mommy

It turns out Fergie isn’t the only Hollywood parent whose embracing her motherhood with a campy hit single.

Former “Jersey Shore” star Snooki released a goofy new song and music video called “Yung Mommy,” in which she raps about her transformation from a hard-partying reality star to a loving mother of two.

“I used to be so wild, I was the life of the party,” she recites. “Now I’m all grown up so instead they call me Mommy.”

The lyrics may sound eccentric, but they’re nothing compared to the video itself. In it, Snooki parades around in front of a green screen, at one point flying like a superhero with her son on her back before getting chased by her children’s toy dinosaur figurines later on in the song.

The 28-year-old, whose real name is Nicole Polizzi, admitted the wacky track was tongue-in-cheek in her subsequent social media posts promoting the song.

“I’ve decided to be an ass and record a song about my life and being a mom and shoot this fun and hysterical music video to go along with it,” she wrote on Instagram. “I hope I win a Grammy for this one.”

Her new moniker, Yung Mommy, could be a play on the highly popular record label founded Lil Wayne, Young Money.

And not surprisingly, the reality star seems interested in collaborating with one of Young Money’s biggest hit-makers.

“U think drake (will) collab with yung mommy now?” she asked on Twitter.

Snooki has a 3-year-old son named Lorenzo and a 1-year-old daughter named Giovanna with husband Jionni.

The release of “Yung Mommy” comes a few weeks after Fergie dropped a similarly playful song called “M.I.L.F $” — with the title using an acronym associated with being a hot mom.

Appropriately, the wild music video features a host of celebrity mothers including Kim Kardashian, Chrissy Teigen and Ciara.
