One Direction superstar Louis Tomlinson is lawyering up to launch a fight for custody for his newborn son.
TMZ report that the 24 year old singer reckons his baby mama Briana Jungwirth is using their son, 1 month old Freddie Reign to try to get more $$$ out of him than their current agreement allows for.
It was thought that Tomlinson was on good terms with Jungwirth—he has never demanded a DNA test, and was happy to support her during the birth of their son in the US last month. He rented mother and son a 3 bedroomed house in Calabasas and has moved himself into a $21 million home nearby so he can bond with his baby boy.
Clearly something has gone wrong in their relationship though, as he claims the fashion stylist is demanding more money from him and using little Freddie as leverage—which is why he is seeking a court order to force her to give him some custodial rights and “significant access” to his son.
Louis was in the UK for the Brit Awards last week and was sad to be away from little Freddie. He spoke to the Mirror about fatherhood saying;
“It’s great, I’m enjoying it a lot and I’d definitely like more kids but not just yet. I’ve been changing nappies. I’m used to it, as I’ve been doing my brothers and sister’s nappies for ages.”
This latest news won’t sit well with the notriously cray-cray Directioners—they already give Jungwirth a hard time on social media and claims that she’s making life difficult with their precious Louis will send them into overdrive!
