Paul Walker's Mother Files For Guardianship Of His Daughter After Allegations Put The Girl's Mother As An Alcoholic 2

Paul Walker’s mother has filed for guardianship of the late actor’s daughter.

In documents obtained by TheWrap, Cheryl Walker stated she hoped to fulfill her son’s final wish that she have custody of the “Fast and the Furious” actor’s 15-year-old daughter Meadow.

The papers, filed Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court, claim that the teen’s mom, Rebecca Soteros, is unable to care for her because of alcoholism.

Cheryl also told the court that Meadow and Soteros were already living with her.

Before his sudden death in November 2013, Meadow lived with Paul for three years.

As TheWrap previously reported, he left his entire estate, valued at $25 million, to the teenager.

Filed Jan. 28 in Santa Barbara, the actor’s last will and testament also names his father as executor of the estate.

The will was prepared and signed in 2001, the same year he first starred in the original “Fast and the Furious.”

Walker, 40, died in a car crash in Valencia, Calif. in November. He had been in Valencia for a fundraiser benefiting his charity Reach Out Worldwide.
