Living in the city makes grilling a little difficult so I grilled mine in the oven. For those of you in the suburbs or in much warmer weather this recipe preps in 5 minutes and cooks in 12. Full discourse, there is a marinating time of about 2 hours. But still, you can’t beat that for efficiency, leaving you plenty of time to get back to the party.
Remember, add flavor, not fat. By using spice rubs or fat-free marinades or juice to add additional flavor you can enjoy a great meal while saving calories.
