Revolutionary and innovative, two words to describe Poeta Callejero’s new visual project Tigre Decente (Decent Man), where every song was brought to life on screen. The digital mini-series, which was premiered exclusively on his official VEVO channel, was launched at the end of July serving as a countdown for the launch of the new album which is set to be released later this month.
The mini-series was directed by the esteemed filmmakers Blademil Grullon and Marlon Peña, who have worked with renown urban artists Don Omar, Yandel, Alexis y Fido, Arcangel and Ivy Queen, to name a few.
“I’ve always liked to push forward new ideas and with this project we did something out of the ordinary, we created a short [film] inspired by several songs from the same album,” explains director Marlon Peña.
As part of the launch of this video series, chapter 7 “Videos y Fotos” (Videos and Pictures), will premiere on Poeta’s official VEVO channel today.
