Rob Kardashian was rushed to the emergency room after his diabetes “flared up” — exactly one year after he was first diagnosed with the illness.
Kardashian, 29, gained an “alarming” amount of weight recently, which sources attributed to the stress of his tumultuous relationship with Blac Chyna, TMZ reports.
Kardashian reportedly checked himself in to the West Hills Medical Center near his Hidden Hills, Calif., home on Wednesday night.
Blac Chyna, 28, Kris Jenner and Jenner’s boyfriend, Corey Gamble, visited him at the facility.
He was released on Thursday afternoon, TMZ reported, and left in a Maybach.
Kardashian and Blac Chyna have been living apart since their explosive fight just before Christmas, in which Kardashian claimed the former stripper took their daughter, Dream, and left him alone in their shared home.
Kardashian later apologized to Blac Chyna and requested she “pray” for him.
On Dec. 29, 2015, Kardashian was hospitalized and diagnosed with diabetes. In August 2016, he claimed to be “diabetes free” thanks to Blac Chyna’s cooking, adding, “I had found out I had type 2 diabetes six months before, but I stopped taking my insulin. I didn’t enjoy the routine. So I ended up nonstop throwing up and I couldn’t even swallow because my mouth was so dry. I felt like I was going to die.”
Reps for Blac Chyna and Kardashian didn’t immediately return requests for comment.
