Venom in theaters this Friday Oct. 1

Tom Hardy returns to the big screen as the lethal protector Venom, one of MARVEL’s greatest and most complex characters. Directed by Andy Serkis, written by Kelly Marcel with the story by Tom Hardy & Marcel, the film also stars Michelle Williams, Naomie Harris and Woody Harrelson, in the role of the villain Cletus Kasady/Carnage.

Venom, one of MARVEL’s greatest and most complex characters will return to theaters in VENOM: LET THERE BE CARNAGE on October 1, 2021. Along with Venom, the movie will feature a stellar female cast of friends and foes. Let us introduce you to the actresses taking part in this long-awaited sequel:

NAOMIE HARRIS
Naomie Harris plays Shriek in the upcoming sequel Venom: Let There Be Carnage.

Shriek makes her debut as a mutant with various powers and abilities. While being able to manipulate sound in different ways and using it for destructive force, Shirek uses her powers to disorient those around her by controlling the emotions of her enemies to induce fear and anxiety.

But who is Naomie Harris? You may recognize her from the films 28 Days Later, Miami Vice, Small Island, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest, Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End, and the James Bond film Skyfall.

MICHELLE WILLIAMS
Michelle Willams brings Anne Weying to life in Venom: Let There Be Carnage. She is the former wife of Eddie Brock in the Marvel world and the first character who goes by the “She-Venom” identity, also known as the Bride of Venom.

Now, who is Michelle Willams? She was first known as bad girl Jen Lindley in the television series Dawson’s Creek. Throughout the years her talent has continued to show in various films including Brokeback Mountain, which landed her an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress. In 2011, she received her first lead role Academy Award nomination for Blue Valentine along with another Academy Award nomination for My Week with Marilyn. Williams has also received an Emmy for her outstanding performance in Fosse/Verdon.
