About Yesod Williams:
Yesod Williams has been in Pepper since the band’s inception. Comprised of Bret Bollinger, Kaleo Wassman, and Yesod Williams, Pepper was founded in Kona, HI and eventually the trio moved East to Southern California. The three friends have conquered the world over with their brand of KONA DUB ROCK.
Growing up in a musical environment, Yesod William’s father was a musician who played in various Hard Rock bands including a stint with THE LAW. His mother was a music promoter with Hawaiian Island promoters and took Yesod to many great shows at the Blaisdell Arena in Honolulu, including Metallica’s “And Justice For All” and Motley Crue’ “Dr. Feel Good” tours which ultimately decided Yesod’s future! At the young age of 7 he was given a guitar which he played continuously until he received what would soon become his passion, a drum kit for his 9th birthday. Eventually Yesod joined his father’s band, and with his Mom’s help they booked gigs throughout the Hawaiian islands.
As Yesod grew and outgrew playing with the old guys, he played skins for several local hard rock and metal bands before being wooed by Bret Bollinger and Kaleo Wassman to join reggae infused rock band now known as PEPPER.
