J Balvin is bringing the party with his new album “Rayo,” set to release on August 9! This 15-track LP is packed with collaborations from top Latin music stars like Feid, Chencho Corleone, Bad Gyal, and Carín León.

Coming in hot on Aug. 9, “Rayo,” a spicy 15-track LP, is going to be a festín of colabs with the crème de la crème of Latin music. Get excited to escucha the likes of Feid, Chencho Corleone, Bad Gyal, and Carín León bringing the heat!

Este reggaetonero colombiano has an impressive track record with a total of four No. 1 albums since 2016, including the hits “Energía,” “Vibras” and “Oasis,” a dual fireworks with the Bad Bunny seguro te gustó.

As with all of his albums, J Balvin has a unique creative process. “My albums siempre start with their names,” he shared with Billboard. “We let ourselves be guided by the vibe.” London’s bustling nightclub scene provided the vibrant inspiración for Rayo, where J Balvin and his crew would even play their demos. “The crowd’s reaction was espectacular,” he hinted excitingly.

Expressing the heartfelt yearning for human connection in these times, J Balvin presents “Rayo” as crammed with the warmth of a casa llena, rather than just a collection of songs. He brings a fusión de reggaeton, electronic pop and dembow that make Rayo una verdadera fiesta.

In April, J Balvin had Coachella on fire with an electrifying sci-fi inspired set, warming up the crowd with his hot anthems like “Colmillo,” and “Dientes,” and surprise appearances from Jowell & Randy, De La Ghetto and hasta Will Smith.

Pouring gasolina into the excitement surrounding the album, J Balvin has also announced a brand new single “Gaga” featuring Saiko, dropping July 11. Can you hold onto your sombreros for a bit longer, mi gente?
